It is hard to give an opinion because this is the first round of Vitamin D I have ever taken. My internist said I had a deficiency in D after reading my blood work. I’ve taken 90 capsules and ordered a second bottle. Hope my blood is enhanced but only a blood test will tell.

Helps Calcium to be absorbed
The size of the pill & the dosage is what we need based on lab results. We live in the North & especially during the winter months , don't get enough sun for natural absorption of Vit D
