The patches use a hypoallergenic plaster. The copper in contact is high purity of the grade used by IUD. Both are skin friendly. Try using for shorter periods.

How long will one patch last

A patch lasts about a week, I leave them on until they unstick themselves after shower or bath. So sometimes longer sometimes less time.
