A great book to help you think about the types of people that exist in a system but better yet what do they need in order to move forward with change initiatives.

Eye opening way of categorizing staff and how they can change school culture for better or worse. The way teachers believe both in their own effectiveness and in students ability to learn is always the key factor.

I wanted to read th is books because we will have new school leadership this year. I thought it may help me frame my thinking as we experience change in leadership in the middle of pandemic I learned a lot about myself as an educator in the process. Teacher friends it.was a quick informative read !

We used this book as a mini-book study to bring culture into our planning for the upcoming school year. It was amazing how many of our schools and teams within the schools could relate. Really, this book could impact any team and their culture whether in education or not.

Anthony Muhammad hits the nail on the head, and then pounds it down. Education needs real reform, and that reform must take place at each school and each teacher and administrator.

A must read for the growth mindset individual or campus. The relationships which feed the culture on our campus are everything. Be part of the solution, not part of the problem.
