I can feel it in my jaw. Seems to work well. No taste which is nice.

A little to big for my mouth.

Dont buy!! I used for a few weeks then noticed tiny bits of plastic in my mouth. The jaw exerciser is made of a cheap material that starts coming apart in your mouth. I sure you dont want to be swallowing plastic!

This is great! I think it does work as my lower jaw are feels tighter and strong. I think thinner face but I'm also on new diet so hard to tell which one is contributing to fat loss on face. No issues. Glad I purchased

It is comfortable in the mouth, but there is not much difference in resistance between one and the other to gradually increase. One of them broke in the first 2 minutes. I only have two left, I hope they last a little longer
