when it says 4 days, does that mean the teeth stay in 4 days or you can take them out and replace them for 4 days?

For some reason these companies recommend 4 days. I have used this product for over 35 years, recommend this follow instructions--start process after evening meal--leave dentures in over night and maybe for a couple of days--then they can be removed for cleaning as needed. The product usually lasts for MANY months before I need to reline again. Good luck, you can trim as needed after several days, I use a surgical scalpel.

Can you use this with partials?

There are instructions for application on partial. Note this is not an adhesive

What do you do if it won't hold?

I tried it once and did not care for it. I prefer the powders as they are easy to apply, hold well and clean off easier.
