I have wanted to learn to make sushi at home for quite some time but was unsure what it entailed. After seeing a demonstration on a recent cruise, I decided it was time to try it myself. This kit is complete and so easy to use that I was able to make great sushi the first time I tried. The instructions are easy to understand and are in grammatically correct English . The inclusion of the cutting guide for the finished sushi roll allows you to produce beautiful and appealing sushi. The bazooka took a couple of tries to get the correct amount of rice, but it works like a charm. I would suggest checking online for directions on preparing the rice properly, but otherwise the included directions were complete. I loved this kit so much I am considering buying additional ones to give my family as gifts.

This kit had so many parts. I have continually used it and it hasn't broken or torn whatsoever. The glass pieces are so pretty and well cases. They are also super easy to clean. The only complaint I had was that the avocado knife ended up smashing the avocados more than cutting it.
