A very tough and relaible backpack
The actual backpack is quite tough and reliable, but here are my issues. I live where there is a lot of dirt, so over time the wheels gave out rather quickly, but for most people, this wouldn't really be an issue. Everything on the inside works as intended for a long time, unless otherwise in the dirt. Mine made a super big hole right in the middle of it because of the dirt, and that was not fun, but probably otherwise still good for most people. The handle gave out pretty quick, but I am not delicate with my things, so take that with a grain of salt. The side pocket for water bottles also tore quickly, but I was also putting pencils in there, so more salt.To sum up: Do not use in the dirt, you will ruin a really good backpack. And otherwise it is a really good backpack if I was not the owner.

Versatile Compartments, Decent Storage
Love this backpack! It was awkward squeezing my double decker packing cube into but it worked! I was able to also get two other cubes in as well. The zippers are well made and I gave them a WORKOUT during my month long Europe trip.I used a luggage cover to protect the outer part and it held up great despite multiple bus and train rides not to mention round trip air travel. There are several zipper and a laptop sleeve. My 13” laptop for with no problems. The wheels faired well too on the cobble stones streets.Stitching is still holding up no fraying and I literally had to sit on the backpack in order to close it.This is a worthy value for thr money. Two thumbs up!

Perfectly adequate
It’s hard to find a carry on bag that will fit a 17” laptop. This one does, but the Velcro strap was not quite long enough. Luckily my partner is creative and good with a sowing machine so an extender solved that problem. There are plenty of pockets and the main compartment is roomier than the backpacking before. Handle is long enough and wheels are adequate (one I tried before was not quite long enough and only two wheels so I had to hunch over and kept hitting my own heels which was annoying). The handle feels a little rickety but all in all it seems like it will do the job. Considering that the nicer $200 range bag assumes everyone has a 15” MacBook, this will do just fine, though it is a little plain.

Very Front Heavy, Unable to stand.
I've used bag for only 6 months and inop. I travel weekly and very unhappy. The bag cannot stand up on its own loaded with normal laptop, brick, sm. jacket and misc. items. The pull out handle will no longer retract. The key holder is weak and will not stay attached to base and you have to add this piece to your keyring to use - should have been a simple clip on my ring. The bag does have 2 additional large enclosures but so deep it is hard to find items. It only has 2 small pockets, one can hardly hold a wallet and pack of gum, the second is ample with inside storage but the zipper opens this fully without straps and smaller items fall out.

Quality made, however if contents not balanced, tipping over is a factor
You have to be careful how you load this backpack, because it will tip over; however, it is well made, has a ton of storage pockets, and fit's a lot of stuff.

Topples easily and...
I travel a lot and speak to large public venues. I often carry two laptops and an iPad when I travel. My hopes for this bag were to include a day or two worth of clothing with me in the same bag reducing my load when traveling. This bag had several pockets to store small items in. The pocket for the laptop would easily hold two thin laptops without an issue.CONS:1) I'd read other reviews about this bag seeming top-heavy and falling over easily. Those reviews were correct. When empty, the bag stands just fine. As you load more items into the bag, the more unstable it gets. I took the bag on one trip and struggled the entire time, with the bag constantly falling forward. VERY annoying!2) With the clothing and laptops being in the same section, when you arrive at your venue to remove your materials to present, well any dirty laundry/clothes/shaving kit is visible to the public—just something to think about.3) In the video, the person showing the bag points out the two velcro strips on either side, allowing the 'clothing section' of the bag to open wider. Even with these velcro strips released, the bag only opens to about 90 degrees, making it a pain in the rear to pack.4) If you happen to be out and about pulling your bag behind you during a rainy day, the handle is stored in the same compartment as your clothes and laptops. Meaning should it rain, the water goes down the handle and into the open access way to your items in the bag.I kept this bag for one trip and returned it as soon as I returned home.

Not a bag bag, but could be improved
Not a bad backpack, but definitely room for improvement. First, if you have the pull handle up, there is a rather large gap in the main part of the bag, exposing whatever is in the main compartment to the elements (ie, rain, sleet, etc). Next double zippers would be nice on all the pockets. This backpack only has them on the main pouch. The others have single zippers, making it difficult to secure items in these pockets. And also making it easy for stuff to fall out and difficult to access things in the pocket quickly and easily b/c you can only open it from one side and have to open the entire pocket to get stuff on the other side. Adding dual zippers to all of the pockets would definitely make this bag better and more secure. Overall the weight is good and the wheels seam to be smooth. My other suggestion would be to add a way to counter balance the bag in the front, it has a tendency to tip over when sitting upright when you have a lot of items in the front pockets, especially when you have a computer in the computer pocket, it has a tendency to make the bag more front heavy.
