We needed a windows 10 pc to run a laser cutter and engraver. Also a 3 D printer we have yet to put together. Most of our desktops and laptops are Mac OS. Since I didn't particularly want to use a virtual Windows emulator we opted for a new Windows pc. While looking at our options I found this gem. Great price and it arrived looking like new. Fired up at once and works perfectly! Oh yeah I am a retired IT Manager. As we want to use freeware to do our projects and Mac software costs this pc is the perfect solution.

Works amazing.

I believe the laptop was advertised as renewed/refurbished. However, nowhere on the product page did it mention that it was actually MANUFACTURED IN 2019! That's just too old - you can't safely rely on components that dated (and residing in an unknown/untested product) to handle today's software and programs.In this instance, the laptop worked fine for a short period, but then it crashed with the first automatic update and wouldn't work until we went back to the previous version of the software. Then, with the next automatic update, it crashed again - only this time it wouldn't even boot up, so the option to go back to an earlier version of the software didn't exist.Long story short, I think the manufacture date of renewed/refurbished items - which is different than the model year - should appear on the product page. (That would certainly have helped me avoid this experience.) And while the price was attractive, it's not worth it if you just end up with a paperweight...

This Dell has never been used. It’s in pristine condition. Probably sat boxed in a storage room somewhere. Where else can you get a rugged Latitude model with 16 gig ram , an i5 processor and a fast SDS 512 drive for under $250? If cutting edge $1000 models are your thing for gaming that’s fine but a sturdy Dell that can handle spreadsheets and whatever else you can throw at it is a steal. And I updated it free from Win10 to Win 11!

Good quality of computer easy to navigate. Good product for the price

This was a perfect option for what I needed. An inexpensive resource I could use for non business home use. Came with everything I needed and with options to add or upgrade items. Great buy for what I needed.

I was leary at 1st of purchasing a used laptop but glad I did I received it timely and out of the box was in great shape and works perfectly. I mainlybuse it to check e mail pay bills read the news but for my needs it is great very happy with this item and seller.
