What are the ingredients?

Beef tallow and seeds and other minor ingredients I don't know about. The birds that visit my ranch are California birds and only will eat sustainable and highly nutritious politically correct products. They love it.

There were 12 cakes in the box. Please note, that as per my review, even though the price was right, the birds did not like this product. It sat for days and not eaten. I think there are better choices on the market.

I haven't seen an expiry date on them. However, I threw out 3 bars (another brand mark you) because the birds weren't touching it. When I smelled it, both my wife and I thought it was off. Now, these are a few years old as they were sitting in my garage.
