Surprisingly worked
I’ve been taking these for almost a year and I have to say they really do work. My vitamin D was really low and this year when I went for my physical, my vitamin D was within normal range so this really does work. Surprisingly I didn’t expect it to since it’s so easy to take, I am pleasant tasting, but it did work at least it did for me. My vitamin D was extremely low, but it was low and needed to be brought up.
