First of all, I'm not a fan of taking vitamins in pill form so peeling and sticking a patch on is so much more convenient for me!! It's a "set it and forget it mentality" but it does give that extra boost of energy which I really need. I work from home and usually around 2-230 my eyes get so heavy but since using these B12 firming patches I have been able to push through and finish out my day!As far as the firming...I have not used long enough to see if there is a difference but very hopeful. I have also noticed my belly starts growling pretty soon after I just ate but I'm not "hungry'" at all so my thinking is it's boosting my metabolism and making my food digest quicker. Also, I'm not a big water drinker ..yuck! !! but I try to drink atleast 8 ozs when I apply the patch as directed. I have noticed it feels like my heart is racing shortly after I remove but it doesn't last long . I am also not super active after supper so that may just be my body telling me to go burn some extra energy off.The patch stays on very well and is super transparent which is nice! Peeling off can be a bit painful unless you wet the area first.Overall.. I am excited to finish out my first box of 36 and see more results!

Don't waste your money. This product does not work at all. I did get a burn one morning from one patch I forgot to take off. That was the extent of it's effectiveness. Go elsewhere, but definitely not here.

I may have noticed a little bit of change in my energy, and I like the fact to get the B and C Vitamins in a patch. That part is good. Did not noticeably solve any bloating. I have only taken it for one week so will give it a chance. Patches are very easy to apply and take off but I did have a red dot rash on my stomach, but I used a new scented body wash so that may have been the reason.

I didn’t sense any change in the way I felt when I wore the patch for the recommended 6 hours. I drank the water as directed as well. In my opinion, the iron patches seem to work better. Maybe after a few uses I will feel something, but as a first time use there wasn’t a change. I have it 2 stars because it didn’t irritate my skin and stayed on my stomach for all 6 hours.
