I’m press by the price and it’s sturdiness's, great value for the money, it has increased the workout quality y can perform many exercises just like I would at the gym.

If you watch Dr. Attia on Youtube, who is described as a longevity doctor, he says the step up is the best exercise you can do as you age. The height of the step up you need depends on your anatomy and level of fitness. I have this in a place where I can do a few reps several times a day and it is amazing how much stronger you can get in a few weeks. This is very well made and a good value.

Pretty solid, great price. Only complaint is it’s not all metal. The part under the rubber is wood. Some of these use metal instead of wood. I put heavy weights on these, up to 300 pounds and I am not light myself. I hope it holds up.

really sturdy, no issues

Very solid unit. I was a bit leery since I’d never heard of the manufacturer but am quite pleased now. This is the equivalent of a Plyo stand I our purchased from a USA based manufactured a decade ago. It’s square, solidly constructed and has a good non skid top surface. It is a bit heavy - like any heavy duty steel piece would be. My primary use is as a stool so I can reach a high pull-up bar. I wouldn’t hesitate to use it for box jumps in a commercial or personal gym - except I don’t do them anymore because I’m an old dude and don’t want to tear an Achilles tendon.

I am quite happy with this product. It’s well built, stable, has a nonslip surface, has floor protectors on all four bottom edges and has nice fit and and finish for such equipment. No assembly required.

Good, if you like to work out at home!

It is as advertised. It holds alot of weight and is solid in construction. It works great.

18インチ（約46cm)を購入しました。以前からプライオボックスを検討してましたが立方体の物は（想定以上に）高価だし余程広い部屋（家）でないと邪魔で仕方ないので数年間躊躇してましたがこの18インチの台なら40cmと50cmの中間で用途の汎用性もあって良いのでは？と思い購入に至りました。 数日間使用しただけですが安定感もありとても良いトレーニングができました。 価格と品質のバランスも満足です。 ※当然、脚などをぶつけないように注意は必要ですが笑

18インチの物を買いました 梱包ダンボールが結構大きくてビックリしましたが、中身を見て適正なサイズだと分かりました オールスチールでは無く木材を使用してます また、商品詳細の写真と比べて滑り止めが小さくズレて取り付けられてました(滑り止めはピンで固定されてるのでボルトやナットみたいに補正は難しいです) 後は普通に使用可てす
