Unpleasant to consume but works surprisingly quick. Skin looks hydrated few days after taking it. Be aware that it doesn’t mix well with liquids, better to take it from the spoon . Otherwise it may be left on the bottom of a cup. Used their capsules, they work but not as fast as this .

I have used this product for years and recommend it all the time. People tell me I look 10 years younger than my actual age. I put 6 drops in my coffee. They have directions/doses for your personal health goals. I think it's a good value, skincare from within + bone health, one bottle lasts about 3 months.

This has been like one of the only things to help reduce my hair fall out, make it grow stronger and faster, and plump up my skin! It does taste strongly of oil fish tho. Advise to mix it with juice to mute the flavor lol. It will make your mouth turn sour. Very easy to use tho! I just do 5 drops 2x a day as instructed (first in juice then in hot tea). Lasts about a month! Kinda pricy, wish it last longer (it would if you reduce intake).
