These are the most beautiful collections of recipes I have ever seen. Every page has a vivid picture of the particular recipe. The format is laid out in a very organized manner, making it easy to understand. The recipes are very tasty and simple to prepare. The books are each about a half inch thick. Each page is of high quality paper. If you already purchased a Cook 30 recipe books, you should know that these books are all six completely different. I highly recommend this set for anyone who wants new vegan recipe ideas.

These are really nice set of oven mitts and non-slip potholders! High quality and cute colors. I'm getting rid of the my old cotton ones. The pot holder are handy and I don't have to use a towel to lift the hot lid. The mittens are well made with internal cotton layer. What a treat! While not going totally vegan yet but inching our way there, these cookbooks are truly an inspiration - we cooked a totally vegan meal for Christmas with a variety of these recipes and no one missed animal products! We will be working our way through the cookbooks all this next year! We also gave individual volumes to several friends who had been to New Zealand - the straightforward recipes, clear instructions, and beautiful photographs make these a great gift.

These cookbooks are Amazing...Have purchased many vegan and vegetarian cookbooks and NONE come even close to how amazing these recipes taste...Wow!!! My daughter started downloading some of his recipes and after eating a couple of the dishes....I bought all 8 of the cookbooks!!! No regrets!!! I'm impulsive when it comes to Amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!
