I wasn't expecting much from this toilet because of the price. But I have been pleasantly surprised. It looks good and modern, it was easy to fit, you could attach the cold fill either side which some toilets you can't. The dual flush is great. The height of the toilet is ok - one of the taller budget ones I could find - but for me being a tall person it could have had a little more height. The soft close seat is great and easy to fit and remove for thorough cleaning, although the seat does appear to be lightweight and a little flimsy, that said up to now it has not been a problem and I will see with wear and tear if it stands the test of time (and usage). So overall a great toilet and value for money. I would recomend.

It was cracked a bit but was quickly sorted out and fits well and works well,so it was good customer service.

Very happy with this toilet, my brother fitted it very quickly, it is so much quieter than our old one and so far every flush has disposed of what ever was in the pan. Toilet seat is moving slightly but think I just need to tighten a bolt. Overall, very happy 😁
