I am normally skeptical about trying newer supplements but after a 30 days period of consuming the VaraSpan daily, I see a clear increase in my energy levels and metabolism and I am also able to focus better. I started seeing improvement in energy levels 3/4 hours after having the capsule - this helped me power through afternoons. PS - The mint smell was a pleasant surprise once the bottle is opened

Easy to swallow capsule. Increase in energy levels after consuming the capsules daily for few weeks and seems like I need lesser sleep and I generally feel less tired. I still have half a bottle more to consume but the general feeling is that it is a high quality product.

Horrible supplements with fish burps .. if you have sensitive gut already its a no ! I dont know about the effectiveness bc u i cudnt bare it for a day because of the fishy smell and taste and fish burps… Its expensive and nonreturnable horrible product and amazon customer service is horrible they dont respond and put you on hold saying this has to be escalated to higher level and then escape .. you keep on waiting for 10 mins no solution .. it means amazon doesnt want to say no to its customers but keep them hanging on call highly unprofessional and the product also is horrible..

First two day was ok. But now i am getting too much fish burp and that doesn't feel good at all.

Been taking it for a while now and see the incremental benefits. On days that I happen to miss, definitely notice the difference. Saw better results with continous regular use.

Good holistic multivitamin, take a capsule a day as recommended and have a good feeling about it. Capsule is nice and easy to swallow with a fresh smell. Brownie points for compact product and less wasteful packaging. Price is premium, but you get what you pay for.

about 12 days after starting VaraSpan, noticed my shoulders and elbows didn’t ache as much. definitely feel an energy boost Just hoping these improvements are here to stay
