For the jigsaw mavens
Very vague and mushy colours. I always find jigsaws like this hard to do and they take forever. Satisfying but arduous.

Bloody hard
Had us screaming as we struggled to find the next tiny piece. Probably very satisfying once completed mind, though we didn’t have the attention span..

Difficult but appropriate for 2020
Good quality prices. Challenging but satisfying.

Difficult!
Three pieces missing, which is less than ideal. Otherwise would have been good. Quite difficult to do.

Very difficult and mssing one piece
It is an abstract painting that is a serious challenge when split into 1000 pieces. Certainly one for patient and motivated adults only. While each area of the painting is unique, within those areas there isn't much to go on other than lines and it certainly isn't a puzzle you can do without referencing the enclosed reproduction. It took me around a month on and off, the outside edges, then slowly creating islands within the picture that I expanded on. At one point I managed to complete more of the puzzle in a couple of days than the whole month combined, where you just get an avalanche of pieces that just make sense and fit.Eventually it was just the black body of the figure and the railings, which quite simply came down to brute force of spinning the pieces until they fit, and I was glad to be done.My motivation - I have seen three of the originals in Oslo and want it to frame for my wall, which I will.But.There is one piece missing and I am sure I haven't lost it.Protip - Clementoni may provide a new puzzle if you contact them about missing pieces.But.Don't expect to replace any missing pieces, they say they update the cutting pattern, so my 2021 batch might not be the same as the 2024 batch. You can't even be sure a new puzzle will be complete from manufacture, which I can only find out by a) doing it again, b) sorting through and seeing if I can identify the abstract missing piece.I am not doing it ever again and will live with it on the wall sans one piece. Disappointing but between the effort I put in and the motivation to have it on my wall it will do.
