I bought this item on a recommendation and am happy I did. It came packaged in a ziplocked bag. The material that made this product is extremely firm and supports my lower back (God knows I needed that support). The elasticated straps are easily stretched around the middle for firmness—the evenly spaced bones in the item allow comfort when wearing. I purchased a 2XL, and it fits me perfectly. Thanks to the velcro closure, it is robust, secure, and simple to adjust. I bought the waist trainer to support my back. But when closed, it also takes on an incredible shape (bear in mind that you will have a spillover if you have a tummy like I do).Overall, I find it functional, exceptionally well-fitting, simple to use, and of high quality for the price.Happy shopping and wearing of this fab item.I will give another update on the product and will add pictures as well.

I don’t often leave reviews but there are so many adverts for this type of products that are misleading so I wanted to give an honest review. I’ve been using this waist trainer for two months, I started wearing it just a couple of hours a day and after a week or two increased it to 5 to 6 hours and after a month was comfortably able to wear it throughout the whole day. I took measurements beforehand and when I started my waist was 69 cm and it is now 67 cm so that’s 2 cm in two months! I’m a size 8 so I bought the size small and it fits great. It’s maintained its stability and still sticks fine. I’ve also found it incredibly useful for bloating and targeting specific areas of bloating for example pre-period. I put it on the lower part of my abdomen. I would say if you’re thinking of buying this, you do have to use it regularly and although it takes a little while to get used to the feeling of wearing it, it soon becomes comfortable.

The media could not be loaded. This was my second waist trainer, the first one was no where near as good as this one!! I love it and it holds me in where it’s supposed to. I’m a size 8 and this is a tad on the large size but is fine.The support it offers is so good, it makes me want to stand up straight and I didn’t even buy it for my posture, that’s just a happy accident. The material is soft enough that it doesn’t chaff. I wore it for a few hours yesterday and it was really comfortable. Yes it makes you sweat, but it’s not a sweat belt - if you want one of those then this isn’t for you. This is more of a breathable fabric.I didn’t notice any rolling up at all and it stayed put the entire time I wore it, no moving or displacement.The Velcro strips are wide enough and the whole thing offers great tension.It looks a nice material and fabric but looked a bit co fusing coming out of the packet so I’m not even sure I’m wearing it correctly.Feels soft. Feels strong too so I don’t think it will break any time soon. Love the hourglass shape it gives me.

Great at first but quite flexible and after a couple wears the ribs start to poke

The waist support arrived in minimal packaging and a plastic ziplock storage bag that can be always be reused, a nice touch. It is a strong item that gives good support to my lower back and abdomen. The main part is neoprene and the elastic straps are easy to stretch around my middle. It has 5 “bones” equally placed across the back which are comfortable in wear even for long periods. I bought XL and I take 14/16 UK and it’s a very good fit. All the fastenings are Velcro, and I have some physical disability issues, so that is a big bonus. The Velcro fastenings are substantial and secure and easy to adjust.I bought the waist trainer mainly for it’s supportive function, but it also creates a better shape, pulling the waist in. Overall it works very well for me, fits extremely well, easy to use, comfortable to wear and is a good quality item at a good price.

Product is not great as described and do not fit to size. It comes up really small and there is no stretch. I purchased this product three times by going a size above my normal size and measurements and it’s like they are all one size despite it states (L), (XL) or (2XL). It’s absolutely disappointing. I will not even rate it because it just does not stretch or fit. 3 sizes later and no joy.

Very good , can wear this at the gym and at home . I even wear it to bed after some wood therapy.
