Q: I just got my fountain in the mail. Its has been assemblied correctly however the water does not flow.

Is it plugged in? Is there enough water in it? Is your outlet working? If so, there's a good chance the motor isn't working and you'd have to contact the seller/manufacturer to get a new one or refund. Yeah, this fountain seems to have a lot of issues.

Q: how ofter do you have to refill with water.? we have had ones which had to be refillled every 2 days which was a pain.
