I don’t enjoy having to wear the support but this one does the job very well. Good level of adjustable support. Only complaint is that Velcro edge can feel sharp against my skin

Waste of money
Belt is the worst ever!! Within 15 mins of wearing the belt had somehow flipped over pointing the hernia pad outwards. Safe to say it’s been returned. Just don’t bother with it.
