Great supplementary addition to my wellbeing regime. No aftertaste and easy to swallow. Value

These Fenugreek capsules from Clearwave are GMP certified, have no artificial colouring, and are non-GMO so seem to be of the highest quality. The recommended daily dose of four capsules gives you 2400mg of Fenugreek so quite high by comparison with others. They are easy to swallow and leave no aftertaste. I have not been taking them for long enough to comment on any health benefits yet, but I can say that since starting to take them I have experienced no unwanted or unpleasant side-effects. It is hard to describe but I do seem to feel a little “fitter” more energy and less arthritis pain, also my blood glucose levels have dropped. Of course, this may be the “placebo effect”, co-incidence or just wishful thinking, nevertheless, early signs are encouraging.

I don’t know if this has cured all my ailments as it should, but what I do know is it is fenugreek so it stinks. Why couldn’t the capsules seal better?

Fenugreek has quite a few potential health benefits from helping to regulate blood sugar levels to increasing breast milk production amongst some of the claims from limited research.Fenugreek has been used for hundreds, if not thousands of years for its ayruvedic properties as well as being used in cooking.These painkiller sized capsules are easy to take although the suggested dose of 4 per day seems a lot if you're just starting to take fenugreek supplementation.Research suggests to start off around the 400 to 500mg mark daily and these capsules are around the 600mg dose per capsule.It's entirely up to you but I'd be inclined to start with 1 a day for a week or so and work up to 4 per day if needed.These arrived in a sealed bottle with a best before date giving me nearly 3 years to use them by and they are also batch numbered for assurity.The bottle also has the GMP (good manufacturing process) stamp and non GMO stamp. No artificial colours added but these aren't suitable for vegans due to the gelatin capsule shell.The bottle is recyclable.180 capsules at 4 per day giving you a 45 days supply isn't bad value for £9.99 at time of review and well worth trying.Look up the benefits of this supplement beforehand and see if these may help you and as always with supplements always check with your healthcare professional if you're pregnant or breastfeeding, have a medical condition and/or taking regular medication. Not recommended for under 18s.These should be taken with or just after a meal and shouldn't be taken on an empty stomach.I'm quite happy to supplement my diet with these especially to help regulate my blood sugar levels as I get older and more at risk of diabetes. I would definitely consider purchasing these as the price and dose level are good value in my opinion and the assurity stamps, batch number etc gives me confidence in the brand.
