OEM so they just work!
Having tried a number of 3rd party made battery packs that seem to be unreliable and fail very early, I’ve gone back to using OEM. Yes they are more expensive, but the are reliable, predictable and last for years and this alone more than makes up for the shoddy Far Eastern made copy batteries. Save yourself time and grief, buy OEM.

Expensive
My last battery died(Duracell) when on holiday so have to buy a replacement, this is suppose to be true canon one hopefully will last last longer, battery's always seem expensive

Genuine Canon battery pack
Genuine Canon battery pack with longer life than smaller battery packs. However it is also larger (longer) which, when fitted to my G30, extends beyond the length of the viewfinder and so makes the overall rig longer. Still happy with the produce.
