Everyone said Beet roots are the miracles of food. So I got the supplement. Easy to take and reasonable in price. But my stomach gave me pains and my regular schedule became very irregular. I’m gauging its efficacy. But the ingredients seem to all natural. I stopped it to isolate the cause of my stomach issues. I hope it’s not the supplement because I like the value it offers.
