Great Laptop
Great Laptop. Though it gets a little warm, but I found the solution is to download Dell Power Manager from the Windows store and set thermal management to cool.

Bad product-don’t buy
Less than one year after we bought this for my son the fan is malfunctioning. It is loud enough that he cannot bring it to class. He clears it out with compressed air often but it doesn’t solve the problem. Now he has to get a new one.

Good model, but laptop has a hard time keeping cool
I just received this product today. This is my first time buying a refurbished laptop, and it seems to be in great condition. The backlit keyboard works, the touchscreen is great, the keypad is not very touchy, and its just the size I wanted. But unfortunately, it got incredibly hot upon running. I contacted the seller to see if we can resolve the issue. The battery life isn't great and probably needs replacing, and the fingerprint reader doesn't work. But overall, I'd say its great, its just unfortunate it gets so hot so quickly.

good value
I was not looking for to much, just a web browser on the sofa. Good value as I did not pay much. It works pretty much. Finger print reader has not worked yet but I don't really care. Screen looks good.

Great little laptop
This laptop has been really easy to work with.I relaced the following things:Replacement battery512GB SSD -> 2TB SSDStock wifi card -> wifi 6E cardInstalled a WWAN 4G LTE cardAnd now I have a great little computer for watching media, browsing the web, and generally being a well connected portable computer.Being able to charge over USB-C is nice, and it uses under 10w when watching movies locally.Makes for a good computer during power outages!My only regret is not spending a little more on the 16GB memory option.You cannot upgrade the memory yourself, but I'm making the most of 8GB.Depending on your application, this is a great cheap laptop

The battery stopped charging after 3 months
The battery only lasted 3 months, it was not used very often and it still got damaged
