Excellent tape Stays on for 5 or more days. Does not leave residue on your skin Does not hurt coming off I wore this on my Myrtle Beach vacation; pool, beach, out and it held up!!! I tried the other style of the same brand and it was horrible! Did not stay on the whole day; hurt coming off and left a lot of residue on my skin. Stick with this product!!

I was uncertain about the usefulness of this tape, but after working out for only a few days with the tape applied, the sore muscles I felt nagging occasionally in my back and shoulders have loosened up and I feel much healthier and stronger. To be fair, the tape more or less peeled off by the third day, but I sweat like a wildebeest so all I can say is that I was actually pleasantly surprised by how long and well the tape stuck to me.

My husband uses this for wrist pain. He goes through a lot of it. It is the best he has ever used and helps his arthritic pain greatly.

I love KT Tape - huge fan and I use it in my running -- all the time. As an older female runner, this tape adds years of youthful feeling to my knees, joints & tendons :) ! It's durable, easy to apply, great value and highly functionable. This product does what it says it does. There are 2 reasons I gave 4 stars instead of 5, and it's because 1) it's hard to get off, in particular, if you are running outside in heat, sweating etc and then the tape has time to dry again (think marathon), then I find it can be painful to remove (tough on skin); and 2) sometimes (rarely but at times) the tape can not stick enough and start to fall off legs mid-race. Both of these things aren't the norm but are worth mentioning. All that said, I will use KT Tape for the duration of my running life!

Was having some lower grade (4-5 level) knee pain and low back pain. So tried this + some light stretching / exercises I found online. Was pleasantly surprised this lasted through at least 3 showers. And my knee/ back felt supported while it healed up. Kept the pain at bay so that I could avoid NSAIDs. Now part of our non-drug they stash 😀

My favorite of all tapes. Lasts at least a week. Peels clean. Dosent roll off but actually stays on.

From my POV, I give an OK! Reason I give 3 out of 5 is because the tape at first is very stick. First thing I would do is (IPA) the area, apply this tape to the affected and it goes on great. After long walk or jog I hit the shower later, the tape doesn't hold up well. It becomes bubbly not sticking. Says waterproof and lasts up to 7 days but doesn't last even 2 days IMO.
