Used the new Hunters Blend to smoke a flank steak. Used a little lower temperature, so it would give nice smoke ring. Excellent taste not over powering. Will use on other meats. Great choice on the herbs in the Bisquettes.

Nice even smoke, not to charcoal-y like some wood chips do. The ease of using these pucks is awesome.
