I’ve been trying lots of different nootropics lately. I normally give them about 6 weeks to get a good feel for them. I’m changing to something else 4 weeks into these because they just don’t work as advertised. Wish I could get the money back for the last bottle, but oh, well. 0/10. Would not recommend.

Works very well for me with my regular meds. Alone however I can still lose some focus when bored. My adhd is inattentive...very inattentive lol. I also suffer narcolepsy so that may play into this. But I do like this product. Came thru ina pinch when my pharmacy ran out of my typical meds😑. The price is a bit steep for me vs my regular as well. Doesnt look like the pic either, but dont let that steer u away. My pills are brown not white.

There is a lot of products out there that really make it hard to find the right one. Let me just tell you guys that as a physician I really have to do my own research to make sure that what people sell is NOT snake oil. This product really works well, it has enough ingredients to replace about 4 to 5 different bottles and I really think the best way to use this product is with the expectation that you will see subtle changes that occur with time. No side effects for me. I really think this hits all of my requirements, and that it is natural, safe, and effective without any crashes for me. In short, my focus specially in long day shifts has improved and I’ve seen some really nice and gradual changes in my mood. I am more well-rounded in terms of my thinking, and as a physician this really is a big step forward in a natural way to help with focus instead of using Prescription medication. I would highly recommend this to anyone. Try it and see for yourself.

Gonna keep it as short and sweet as possible 3 caps with no caffeine: good, some days I didn't need any caffeine to focus or work which is incredible as I usually intake 2-4 cups of coffee a day. 3 caps with caffeine: great, kept the jitters and the urge to jump from task to task, or to stop in the middle of boring tasks at bay. 6 caps with no/low caffeine: incredible! Plowed through tasks, worked quickly, felt like time was moving more slowly with how quickly things were getting accomplished. 6 caps with high caffeine: Amazing! Whether it was going into the office or going to the gym, taking this with 2-400 caffeine felt illegal it was so good!

If I had to describe the feeling of taking this in two words it would be "calm focus". I wouldn't consider myself a supplement junkie but I've tried a good amount of supplements over the past 5-6 years since I got off my ADHD prescription and CRTX is at the top of the list for me when it comes to focus.
