I can tolerate these chips just fine despite the fact sugar makes me feel sick to my stomach but not these. Love them!!

these are delicious, though they are pricey. sadly, I ordered two bags and they arrived having melted completely and hardened into one big chunk.

Yummy as a snack

I reordered Lily's White chocolate, which I love. Amazon then substituted the chocolate salted caramel chips without any warning that this was a different product from what I selected.Please don't mistake this for a complaint about the product itself. Lily's products are excellent quality. I've never had the chocolate salted caramel chips, and I'll be throwing them away when they arrive (not a fan of salted caramel) but I've had their chocolate chips and white chocolate chips and they are excellent! Their chocolate bars and other products are pretty phenomenal as well. This is directed toward Amazon and the combination of hidden substitution and their total stonewalling of any attempt to cancel, return, or complain. I've been an Amazon customer for almost 20 years, and have spent an obscene amount of money with them, and while I've overall enjoyed their service, there are aspects of it that irk me to no end.

I used 1/2 bag for some keto/suga-free nut turtles. The butterscotch morsels were solid and had apparently been exposed to heating & cooling. I was melting the anyway so I chopped the lumps into pieces and they blended fine with the dark chocolate chips.This was fine for the recipe but I can see others would be disappointed if they need the butterscotch chip shape for cookies or brownies. I will buy again.

These Lily’s sugar free chocolate chips are absolute delicious in the peanut butter flavor. They are my “ go to” snack!! So good, I hide them from the family!!
