This is AWESOME!! I’m mold sensitive and unfortunately most of the canned and bottled tomato products in the US have enough mold to make me sick (bloated and gassy) since I’m suffering from mycotoxin illness and mold allergies. Yes, food regulators/laws allow a certain amount of mold and pathogens and deem it acceptable. Plus, domestic brands are really bland tasting. This tastes like Real Tomatoes, grown in nutrient rich soil. I’m not really a fan of American tomatoes since they are so bland even though they’re supposed to be a fruit, but I love certain seasonal boutique brands of tomatoes here in the US during peak season. European tomatoes are Real Food tomatoes. I’m so happy that this brand and quality is available for us to purchase. This brand bottles this product straight from the field - if I remember correctly on the bottle, it says that it’s puréed right after gathering and into these bottles while still there.

Good product, good color and taste. It is our go-to passata. The bottles were wrapped in bubble packs that were incredibly strong, and easily withstood any rough handling, and that is very much a great feature.
