Diva Guinea pigs favourite
My Guinea pigs absolutely love this hay. Definitely worth paying more for this hay. I’ve tried cheaper options and regretted it. Customer service is great if you have a problem.

Grass was Greener on the other side
Me personally i found the hay a bit dry and tasteless.........BUT Guinea pigs loved it after a couple of days changing from another type of timothy hay. Good quality very little or no dust and very green in colour. Defo good value as its £6 _ £7 cheaper than other suppliers of 5KG boxes.

I have two medium sized rabbits, and it took them both just over 3 month to finish this large box of hay. The hay can be abit dry, and towards the finish of the box dusty - but that’s expected when stored, so we have used plastic containers to store this in. Regardless, great quality and quantity! This will be our go to and recommended!

Under weight and poor quality
Having previously purchased the 5kg box of timothy hay, sweet green and my girls loved it. I opted for the 12.6kg box this time. Was surprised when the delivery driver handed it over how light the box was as I was expecting it to be at least twice as heavy as the previous box. It wasn't, out of curiousity I weighed the box prior to opening it, 8.2kg so certainly not 12.6kg. Anyway as I ordered last minute and needed to feed my piggies I opened the box, wow, the smell is awful, not sweet like the last box, dry brown and does not look like timothy hay. My girls dont like it. Very disappointed after the previous box quality, will be looking elsewhere in future. And will likely end up throwing this box on the compost heap.

Very poor delivery.
The product is very good but the delivery was extremely poor and it was meant to be next day delivery but it didn't arrive.
