A few months ago I upgraded to these beautiful, high performing pans. I did make some seasoning efforts to clean and coat with oil with first uses, and I'm getting used to waiting for the pan to heat before cooking. Switching to stainless steel has been easier than I wondered it would be. I can handle the weight of this 6 qt saute pan filled with food without much hinderance, and it's a consideration to make if you're not used to working with heavy pans. Oh, they are such works of beauty. Well made. I love to watch the water dance when the pan has heated to 'just so'. They seem more forgiving than tephlon because if the pan gets too hot and you pull back on the heat it reacts well as if it knows to get to a cooler state and hold that new temperature well. I try not to yank the pan with heat variations, (to avoid cooking surface pores narrowing and so grabbing food to become stuck to the pan). It lets me cook longer than I thought I'd be able to in hot stainless steel without burning the food or it becoming finicky some how, so I like that it seems more forgiving than I expected. I can see why professionals use stainless steel. I don't know about how these stack up to other brands but these scream quality to me without a word. These do go on various promotions but I haven't seen them for less than Prime day/(black Fri). Lightning deals are also amazing. Hope this helps and enjoy!

These are perfectly fine steel pans.- fairly light- nests together for easier storage- no rivets, so they’re easy to clean and nothing for the food to get caught on- some assembly required: the handles need to be screwed on- the handles are hollow, this is good for weight, but could get dirty inside the handle over time.- handle shape and attachment keeps the handles fairly well insulated from pan heat- the roundness of the pans is pretty aggressive. This makes stirring easier, but less flat area on the bottom of the pan. The sides are fairly tall, so they can hold a lot of volume.

I bought the single large pan first, it worked so well that we bought the full set. I have an induction cooktop and was very impressed with the way the triply nonstick cooked on it. I was amazed by the ability to brown meat, truly unlike other non stick. I noticed on the induction top that I use lower heat setting to cook since the heat transfers so well. Cleans up great, you do need to let items like eggs brown a little or they might stick a little, but I don’t use oil to cook them. So far stove top and oven bake has worked wonderfully!!! I would recommend.

As my culinary skills have increased over past years, I see why chefs use stainless steel. Heat distribution is excellent, super easy to clean with all steel/wire sponges. I have 3 of these in different sizes, all I use. Always be sure to get the Y shaped handle type as they do not get hot! I threw out my Tfal as handle always to hot!

Al principio me dieron ganas de devolverlo porq no se veía como el otro q también acá aba de comprar, pero a la hora de usarlo, mis respetos, un exelente sartén . Lo recomiendo ampliamente, distribuye muy bien el calor a todo el sartén y en cuanto al precio está excelente. Definitivamente yo volveré a comprar otro producto de esta misma marca.
