I purchased this bag on 30th April 2025, and I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. First of all, I received the blue color instead of the black one that I had ordered. I decided to keep it anyway, thinking the quality might make up for the mistake — but unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. I took this bag on my first trip last week, and to my shock, it got torn from two sides during the very first use. One side of the shoulder strap even pulled out completely, making it almost unusable. I’ve shared photos showing the damage. It’s really frustrating because this happened on a simple trip to my home — I can’t even imagine how bad it would have been if I had been on a trek or a longer journey. For a new product to fail this badly after just one trip is unacceptable. Overall, I’m highly dissatisfied with both the wrong color delivery and the poor build quality. Definitely not worth the money, and I wouldn’t recommend this bag to anyone.
