Happy with purchase. Quicker than sandpaper. Gets into tight corners. Keeps its edge.

Wood cabinet scraper.
This cabinet scraper was good value for money. It works yery well. I am using it to remove wood from the limbs of hand made long bows. It allows light removal of wood with each pass allowing accurate tillering of the bow limbs. For the heavier removal of wood I use a spokesman and finish with the scraper, the finish left on the wood is lovely and smooth.

Does what it’s supposed to do.
Once you get the hang of it, easy to use and effective. I found it therapeutic. Great value.

Really easy to use and less messy than sandpaper or chemical stripper
Bought this to strip the top of a mid century G-plan sideboard as an alternative to chemical stripping or sanding. Arrived ready to use and once you have the hand of how to use it, then it's quick work to remove the varnish finish. All that was needed after that was a light hand sand.Only downside is that it does become less sharp as you use it. I did look at how to sharpen it but it was outside my skill set to do this, so next time I need one I will have to buy again.

What a game changer
I love renovating old furniture and have only just discovered this tool. It is a real game changer, old varnish just scrapes off so no need for hours of sanding. Even if it only lasts for one project it is well worth it!
