It's one of the more expensive strainers (you can easily get two cheapos for the price of this) available here, but it's decently built and should last for a while! The mesh, binding and grip are genuine Stainless Steel, although the frame and handle caps appear to be plated steel, plus it's a very good size (like a man's hand with the fingers splayed out).

I use this for homemade chips, it’s brillaint and it’s deep enough to get the whole pan full out!! Well worth the pennies

Gedigen och stor så man enkelt kan ta upp många bitar på en gång när man firterar. Den är inte gjort för att pressa med - då skulle den behöva var mycket kraftigare/tyngre. Den känns dock mycket hållbar och oljan rinner enkelt av. Precis som den ska vara.
