It is what it is a solid steel ring that can be used for training. It's much than you think practicing with it but there is plenty of information out there on the net.

Saw this being recommended on of the one YouTube channels for rope suspension. Only tried once so far, but so far so good. I weigh ~58kg so it was definitely okay for me although unsure if there's a weight limit. Considering it's a metal ring I'd be surprised if it broke though even with suspension.

È importante calcolare la lunghezza tra il polso ed il gomito, ed assicurarsi che il diametro dell'anello non sia inferiore ad essa ( se è leggermente più grande non è un grosso problema ). Il peso non è eccessivo e la finitura è fatta molto bene. Lo consiglio a tutti i praticanti di arti marziali: non solo Wing Chun, Mantide Religiosa del Sud o Bak Mei Kung Fu.

Me creia que seria macizo es lo que no me ha gustado y lo me me gusta es no se nota la soldadura pero le falta un poquito de pulido en ese tramo de todas formas es un gran arte gracias

In Wing Chun you practice basics like Bong Sau & the different size rings help determine the space between your arms. The ring is also ideal for chi sau practice. It is a metal ring about 8 or 9 inches diameter. It is smaller than the rattan rings which are usually about 14 inches in diameter. You can also see them compared to some bamboo rings which I have .
