This stuff is great. I swear I feel more energetic when I use it. Taste isn't so good. I mix it with some juice to help with it. Nice size bottle that lasts a while.

I’m honestly amazed at how effective Mineral Rich has been for me. After turning 40, I felt like everything was going downhill — I had no energy after work and was constantly exhausted. I work 8–5 and wake up at 6 a.m. every day, and by the time I got home, my body just cried for rest. I’d end up taking 2–3 hour naps and felt stuck in a vicious cycle of fatigue. Since I started taking Mineral Rich, everything has changed. I no longer need those naps, and I actually jump out of bed in the morning feeling refreshed and energized. It’s made a huge difference in my daily life!

Great product. I've had amazing improvements in my knees. Also sleeping much better and more.. Bad news is the new formula tastes awful. I can't take it without puckering up. Not good. Not sure if I'll get the same results with this one. Very disappointing Please change it back.

i chose 5 stars because thats the max allowed but this product deserve many more stars. i am 40 years old and gave birth to my only child 16 years ago and for 16 years i have not been able to bounce back from that pregnancy in regards to energy and vitality. i heard about this product from a beautiful youtuber named honestylove and really ordered for hair growth but was encouraged also by other reviewers and their writings of the health benefits. i can truly say from the first time...FIRST TIME!!! i took it i felt like my old self again..i used to drink powerade excessively attempting to combat that deep inner dryness i felt. it was like i couldnt get hydrated & i had very little energy and my sense of being was almost like a depressed state... i had been fighting this for YEARS but not anymore im so glad i found ms honestylove who led me to this WONDERFUL product i have already ordered another bottle and after finishing this review i will order at least 2 more as i have put my 16 year old and my husband on it as well. even if you dont experience hair growth quickly enough the health benefits more than make up for the wait because the hair growth will come just keep in mind the product has to work with each individuals body and some will see progress sooner than others as we dont all eat the same and each of our systems will react to and work with the product on an INDIVIDUAL level so be patient in this microwave society and give your body all the time it needs dont reject this great product due to impatience this is one of those good things in life we shouldnt deny ourselves!! i believe honesty love when she said God told her to share this product on youtube because seriously this product is an answer to prayer for me... i feel so great i sleep soo much better my digestion has improved theres so much i could say ...just give it a real try i think you'll love it as i do!! Okay, its march 18th and my hair growth is definitely there! i think in 6 months i should be waist length as i started with mid back length just to give you an idea of my hair growth and fyi i am a 100% black woman (not of mixed heritage) so this is not a gimmicky product that only works for select hair types. this is so great & i am so happy with this product! and after a months use i still feel great and its getting better with every sip ya'll (lol). this is a wonderful product and i love it!

She also has not had a healthy bowel movement since 2016. One of our family friends had heard about this and ordered this for her. Upon taking this supplement she immediately had healthy size stools. She also found that if she took it during one of her "cramping attacks" that within minutes it would subside. I read some research on the matter and it does seem that magnesium is great at controlling such symptoms. My mother has tried many medications in the past and nothing had solved these issues that she had. This supplement has been a godsend and I order 3-4 at a time so that she has an adequate supply in the event she has one of those attacks. Great to try if nothing else has helped you. It can be pricey but to see my mother with relief and not in her usual pains makes it all the worthwhile to me. She even gleefully tells me about her bowel movements now and feels like this has been a miracle.
