I use these to help me sleep through the night. They’re easy to install and pretty comfortable even when laying on your side. The only thing I’m not a huge fan of is that your hair, even up in a pony tie, gets caught in the wax. It’s super easy to get out, but it’s just annoying. Other than that they’re 100% perfect! Right now they are about 98% perfect.

Have used many types of earplugs over the years working in heavy manufacturing. I am a light sleeper and it got the point I needed to cut out external noise at night. Foam earplugs would make my ears sore after a few nights so had to find an alternative. Wax plugs seal around my ear canal rather than putting pressure on the inside of my ear canal. Tried different brands of wax plugs and some were too sticky, some not sticky enough, but these are just right. Another feature is that they do not block all sounds, just snoring and coughing noises. They block disturbing sound, last several nights and don't stick to the pillowcase. Highly recommend these. I wear them every night and will keep using this brand.

Fantastic! This large supply is less money than the smaller varieties we were buying. Works extremely well inside the ear as it flatten out. A great investment to protect your hearing.

I thought I was going to have to sell my brand new condo, because the impact noise from my upstairs neighbors was so bad, and they are very active (vacuuming, closing cabinets, stomping back and forth, etc) when I'm heading to bed. Before landing on these, I tried everything - including very expensive "sleep" earbuds. White/brown/pink noise was just making me more angry - I wanted to sleep in silence. Now I sleep with these in my ears every night and enjoy the silence. I have my sanity back. They are so comfortable, and I sleep the whole night with them in. Great for traveling as well. I also tried Mack's silicone ear plugs and they work great, but the size of the PQ is much better for my ears. PQ are smaller and stickier than the Mack's. I get about 10 nights out of each, but my husband is able to stretch his out a couple weeks.

- They are very good and seem very luxurious, but sadly with someone like me who has tinnitus it is a big NO ! :( You can hear the tinnitus way too much. But for someone who doesn't had tinnitus, or very low tinnitus they are perfect ! My boyfriend uses them and he sleeps the whole night long, nothing can wake him up, not even our dog barking. Just be careful when you put them to nut put them inside of your ear, they need to be shaped very specifically and NOT enter the ear ! There is instructions in the box with a QR code. You can re-use them multiple times and it comes with two small boxes to keep them, perfect ! :) (PS. For someone with tinnitus I would reccomend soft foam earplugs, the tinnitus is way less present that way.)

They are good for blocking white noise but not good when your husband is snorting next to you. Also, it’s not comfortable wearing it while sleeping because when your hair gets stuck to it, it actually leaves some wax on the hair it is very difficult to remove.

I am a very light sleeper. Like I can hear little feet on carpet and wake up from a dead sleep. So you can imagine how horribly I sleep when camping! I hear every cricket chirp, every movement from the wind, and I can’t smack my snoring husband because he is across the tent in another cot. Oh, and I have freakishly small ear canals so the other earplugs I bought either don’t fit all the way inside or fall out easily in the night. Enter the pq wax earplugs. Once again, because of my small ear canals, I just split one of them in half and they fit inside of my ear canal beautifully. You have to twirl the wax between your index finger and your thumb to get it to the right size and then stick it in your ear canal and smooth out the rest of the wax so it blocks the main noise. You can still hear a background noise, but it is soothing. I’ve had others that block out every single bit of noise and then I just hear myself breathing and it bothers me even more. The wax stays in place and I just take it out and put it in the little plastic holder until the next night. I usually use them about 3 to 4 nights and then toss them. I could probably get more use out of them though. They can get expensive, so I appreciate the 50 pack. When I’m not camping, we put them in the guest room just in case someone needs to use them when they aren’t used to the sleeping environment and my loud dog.
