Everything in this review relates to my wife. She has a problem with the top of her spine between her shoulders. She has tried various things to help with the pain with varying success. She tried one of these patches on the first morning, she had already taken pain killers earlier so this wasn't a true test of the patches. That afternoon she informed me she had noticed a small improvement but only after a long while for the effect to be noticed and it had stopped working after 5 hours. As we knew they did give some relief, we put another one on the next morning without her having taken any pain killers first. As with the day before it took nearly an hour for her to notice any relief, but she tells me she could still feel the discomfort only it was at such a low level she could get on with her day in reasonable comfort. Our next conversation about the patch was the next morning when I removed the patch for her. She informed my she had been in reasonably good comfort until around the 20 hours mark. As her problem is more than a sprain or over exercised muscle's we are both very pleased with the result she get's from these patches and that she can reduce the amount of pain killers she takes. We can't say this will be the same for everyone as different people react differently to different things. We also think maybe there like antibiotics where they need to get some sort of build up on the area in question before they work to their best who knows. What we do know is they work for her and do give her a lot of relief. Our only disappointment is the price at time of this review £9.99 for 3 so at £3.33 each they are too expensive for regular use.

I have not noticed any significant effect. It's not surprising given that evidence for Devil's claw is relatively weak.As patches, however, these are well made, stick well, stay in place after showering and bathing, only leave a slight residue which is easy to wash.

These pain relief patches are quite large and stick well. They also offer a bit of support to my injured knee, but I have popped my knee brace over the top in a belt and braces approach to keeping it in place, but it really doesn't need that.I like arnica for my damaged knee, but it's a faff to keep reapplying it in the winter when I am wearing long pants all the time, plus I think it's getting rubbed off by my pants anyway. This patch solves both of those problems.You can put it wherever you want, it is large enough for the small of your back. I do get some residual pain there on occasion from a trapped nerve I had there around 10 years ago and these patches are perfectly shaped for that area and great for the occasional use for me.My knee is on the mend now, but if I overdo it or don't apply my arnica gel often enough then the pain starts up again. These pain relief patches are good for a boost on such occasions. I couldn't afford to use them on a daily basis, but for a booster now and again then I think they are worth it.

The media could not be loaded. I received the product well-packaged in a box. It consists of 5 patches.I suffered from wrist strain and thought I should try.It is a kind of plaster with a strong adhesive and easy to apply. Once applied to the area, it gets stiff, but once it warms up with body heat, it goes on to form a good fit.The patches do not smell like medicine or ointment, but rather like adhesive.and leave no residue on the skin when removed.I put it on for the whole night, but couldn't feel any difference. There is a possibility that it is not applicable to wrist strain.Overall, I didn't seem to be as effective for quick pain relief.

These pain relief patches work really well, and I’m impressed with the quality of them because they are very strong and durable. The adhesion sticks very well to my skin and is secure and strong. I do feel that the pain relief they provide me is excellent, and it certainly helps with aching muscles and areas of pain. The ingredients used a good quality and the pain relief is fast acting. I’ve not had any issues or problems with using these pain patches and I feel that they are doing a good job of reducing my pain levels. I think the quantity included in the pack is very good and the value for money for this pack is excellent. I’ve not had any issues or problems with using them and they’ve not caused any discomfort or irritation to my sensitive skin either. I feel that they are worth getting and I do highly recommend them.

I was at a point where i hated laying down in my bed due to my rotator cuff injury, not helped with it being my left shoulder and i am a left side sleeper.`The relief i felt within 10 minutes of placing one on the back and 1 on the front of my shoulder was amazing and I slept so well and pain free it was amazing.Application was very easy same as removing them, i do agree that these sheets give you 24 hour pain releif.I've used a few different pain patches and have tp admit these are the best patches all round.Excellent value for money, easy application/ removal you aren't left with taking off a top level of skin upon removing these or awful black sticky marks where the stickiness has stayed on your skin and perfect shape.May seem expensive just for a pack of 5 but these are so worth the money and are handy to keep in your cupboards

The patches contain Arnica and Devil's Claw for pain relief. They certainly relieved the pain in my neck. After 24 hours remove it and if the pain persists use another one. They are natural and safe using the best ingredients. Made in Italy. They are designed to fit on the neck or hip or indeed most places on the body. The price is a bit steep but you can cut down to fit if wanted to ease pain in a smaller area. There are 3 in this pack. There are also other products in this range which seem to fit all kinds of pain areas
