It is adorable, I have been going tea crazy but during one of the tea times I picked it up to pour and the bottom of the handle cracked. Not enough to not use but enough that I have to use the handle and the Spout. I'm just really worried it will break off

We needed a new teapot for boiling water after my mom disposed of the last one, and this one was great. Handle didn’t heat up at all, and it was attractive to look at when used. Sturdy and light as well.

I wish that the tea infusor wasn't permanently attached to the lid since I bought this to use with flowering teas, and the infusor prevents you from seeing the tea flower unfold and bloom. I had to find a replacement lid to accomodate the flowering tea. Size and price were good.

This was a beautiful teapot. However, I was unable to actually use it. It was so delicate that it arrived broken in many pieces

I am happy with this purchase. It makes things so much easier for making various herbal teas or teas in general.

PROS:-The teapot has a good capacity (1000mL) with a large size tea strainer for loose leaf tea. I have come to realise in my years of casual tea drinking experience that the area that the tea leaves have to expand is super important for taste--if the area is too small, nicer tea leaves cannot expand/rehydrate to their full potential, leading to a dulled taste (and occasionally, an overflowing teapot if you misgauged how much tea to put in).-The tea strainer area is made of stainless steel, does not seem like it will tarnish easily (I've purchased cheaper tea pots with a rough metal mesh strainer, which ended up rusting/getting tarnished from the tea tannins over a short period of time), and washes easily as it is seamless.- I have poured boiling water directly from the kettle into the teapot, and it has not shattered (as glass can do).- Despite being made mostly of glass, the lid is steel and sits snugly on top of the strainer--very important for me, as I've broken countless loose fitting teapot lids before.- The set is lightweight.- The teacups are double walled, which actually makes a difference in keeping your drink temperature.CONS:- Perhaps the teacups are too small to really be functional for anything other than a social occasion where you're constantly pouring out refills of tea. They are adorable though, and would maybe work for an espresso (single-shot only) drinker...and even then it might be really full. Not deducting points for that because it was expected from the description.??? Neutral territory:- Box was unpackaged and sent as is. Nothing broke in my case (credit to my mail carrier, whomever they may be), but if theft is a concern in your area...not sure how that might stand up.

I received this as a gift and couldn't have been more thrilled to receive this gift! It works beautifully, looks gorgeous & works wonderfully. Plus it's easy to clean & use. I love tea and this is truly a perfect gift for anyone else who loves tea!

Ok product but I didn't get what I expected.it has burn marks which can't cleaned easily due frequent use.I am not using it.

What a great teapot works very well mixed your own Tees together and your own concoctions turns out very well highly recommended
