Q: Do need to grease them? Before installing

I personally greased them after install and used antiseize on threads during install. I recommend using Grease formulated for Fords.

Q: Are the fittings pre greased from the manufacturer?

The kit I bought was pregreased but will need to be checked if the grease valves are not in it already then it will need grease.

Q: Do these lower ball joints fit the factory lower control arms or do I need new lower arms as well?

Yes they will work just make sure you get the right set 4x4 drive upper control arm are kind of different then a 2 wheel drive
