The playset itself is exactly what I expected. The wood is all sanded very smooth, the canvas was clean with no offgasing odors, the baby swing was sturdy and the kit came with all tools needed for assembly (an Allen key). I really liked that the set is made with biodegradable materials and folds away for easy storage when not in use.Unfortunately I had to return it because my 10 month old (about 28" tall) was able to stick her head through the space between the back and arm of the baby swing, causing a potential strangulation hazard or fall hazard if she got her shoulders through. The ikea-esque assembly instructions say this product is for ages 3 and up so I blame the Amazon listing (which says in 3 places this product is for 6 months and up) rather than the manufacturer.

It’s nice but it needs to be labeled….the instructions have letters with each part, but the actual parts do not have any stickers or labels on which part goes where-you just have to sort of match the picture to the part and that takes time….especially when my kid is running around me, I need fool proof directions to get through putting it together asap. After wasting time figuring out what goes where I thought to myself, “hm! This is a lot easier and should be a lot faster to put together”. Other than that it’s a nice swing set.

My boy absolutely loves it he’s 11 months love that it comes with a “big kid” swing so he can enjoy for many years to come. Was going to get a teepee for his “big boy” room regardless and the fact that this doubles as a swing makes it that much more awesome. And it folds completely flat for storage by simply unscrewing a screw that I can turn by hand without any tools. I can’t say enough good things about it. I’ve already convinced a few friends to get one as well.

I am in love! I didn’t have room to put up a huge swing set in the backyard or the deck, so I bought this and set it up and my toddler LOVES it. It’s great quality, and I’m really pleased with my purchase. Very easy to set up as well!

Great indoor product for toddler! Instant smiles and laughter from my Big Guy! Collapses easily for storage when not being used. This item is sturdy and well manufactured. Also has a tent! 10 out of 10! Everyone in the house is happy with this purchase!

Love the wood quality and structure durability. So much fun for my little one and easily stores away. Looks to be used long term.

I bought this for my son's first birthday tomorrow and now I don't have a gift for him. Putting this together with five pictures for instructions was already alarming. But after just figuring it out one piece doesn't fit anywhere and is clearly far to long. Despite this, I still attended to put it together in 3 different ways and no where dose this piece fit without warping the whole thing and leaving gaps and areas that won't screw in. I'm so upset!!

The swing came with missing pieces and one of the woods was crack. When i try write customer service they wasn't no help at all.
