perfect curler
i was hesitant buying this curler as some of the reviews aren’t great but i can’t fault it at all it’s very good value for money! i think the people saying this curler doesn’t work are just using it wrong, i saw a lot of people saying the clamp doesn’t hold hair however it’s not supposed to, it’s supposed to guide the hair as you move the curler through the length! i’m a hairdresser and have used many irons similar to this before but i love the thickness of this one, it works on thick and fine hair so im very pleased with it!

Perfect mermaid waves, great value
I bought this hair barrel waver to achieve 'mermaid waves' and they did just that! I have bought similar ones before that were smaller and they created more of a crimp effect. These are 25mm and I would say are just right for mermaid waves. In the box you get: 1 hair waver 1 pair of hear proof gloves Instructions The waver itself heats up very quickly and the light stops flashing to let you know when it's hot and ready. 4 different heat settings. Not too heavy so easy to use. The cord is of a good length too! My waves have stayed in all day (and I'm a teacher so been out for very blustery playground duties!) I would say that these are great value for money and a great buy 😊

Works best on thinner hair
Heard up really quick but found that my hair even thick just would not curl as I expected. A shame nice product on thinner hair

Doesn't curl hair
These are useless, got really hot but doesn't curl hair, I tried on the same piece of hair about 4 times and only the very end curled a little.

Great curler
I say curler, it's more of a wave but it comes out looking natural and stays in for ages. I made sure to use small sections of hair each time so the waves were irregular. Takes a little time to heat up to the hottest setting but keeps the heat and does a good job once its hot enough. I put it on the hottest setting as I have thick long hair. It also looks nice with the gold and green colouring. A little stiff to open to begin with but I found a comfortable way to use it pretty quickly! Very impressed!

Didn't last a year
Didn't even last a year - sparks and smoke coming from the cable where it meets the body of the iron. Total safety hazard! Before that it was fine.
