I'm a UK size 12 and was recommended a Medium. These fit well, but not much wriggle room if you're a woman with a curvier shape.The waist doesn't feel like it'll stay up during a work out and did roll down when I was trying them on.I'll give these a go when I'm in my barbells class, but they might just be a pair of leggings for going out and about.
