Santé Verte Muscular Comfort Spray, 100ml - Natural Joint Gel with Gaultherie, Harpagophytum, Arnica, Camphre & Menthol for Quick Relief

I originally discovered Spray Dol a couple of years ago after straining my neck whilst on holiday in France. Having used the more common over the counter muscle sprays in the past I was pleasantly surprised with Spray Dol for a number of reasons:1. It is a non aerosol pump spray, so no more cold spray shock from the normal muscle aerosols.2. Being a pump spray it is easier to target the affected area more accurately, meaning you use less spray.3. It leaves a pleasant warming effect on the treated area rather than the burning sensation often experienced with other muscle sprays.4. It has a very pleasant smell and isn't obviously a muscle spray smell, just a menthol / herbal aroma.5. The spray really did make a difference to the pain and within a couple of days things were back to normal.One thing I would strongly recommend (which is not mentioned in the instructions but was advised by the pharmacy in France) is to gently massage the solution into your skin over the affected area after spraying as this helps the product work much more quickly and effectively.
