Assembly... but looks great though!!
Overall great product. Not much to it. Clean and simple. however, the assembly process regarding the wires could be better. There are better ways to connect wires for the consumer to assemble these , and not rely on paying a electrician to do that aspect of the installation. Fortunately, I have a electrical background and the knowledge regarding circuitry.
