We use it on holiday it cures prickly heat in one shower!! Never seen a genital warning on it though! It's just a bright green bar of soap! Amazing stuff - wouldn't go on holiday without it!

Does this help with teenage acne please?

I purchased this soap for prickly heat and it never helped with that so I can’t help whether this will help teenage acne. Sorry
