This product is very versatile and has been great for me to diminish bruising, as I bruise very easily. Within a couple days the bruises are healing and there is no skin stinging or staining on clothes.

This is THE most effective diaper rash cream there is and the only one I buy now. My daughter had a severe rash that wouldn’t improve with any other cream I tried. This product is amazing, first discovered it for a bad diaper rash on my grandson from teething his skin calmed down and started to heal right away ,also good for chub rub ! I always have a tube on hand ! Smells like mint and is pink thick cream not sticky, almost dry to the touch awesome product

This ointment was recommended by my twin’s pediatrician after a really bad diaper rash and it has been the best ointment hands down! It’s a super thick consistency which I really like. It smells pleasant and does on smooth like frosting. It doesn’t rub off very easily with the diaper application and is a good price for the giant tube that you get. My babies still get diaper rashes from time to time but not super severe like the first time and they heal quickly with this product. I’ve read other reviews and came to find out it has a cooling sensation which I bet babies really like. I like it and will continue to use it on my babies.

Yes it heals fissures, prevents infection and takes the pain away. Don’t pay attention to the “external use only” thing, this actually works (and is recommended by doctors for it). Don’t waste tears, time & money on other products that only help a little. I’m not paid to say that, it’s just what is wish someone had told me when i was on the fence about buying it. Besides, this is good for so many problems you should have a tube on hand.
