They leave a great finish.
Brilliant for leaving a smooth finish on wood (best used with water), only grumble is that the colours are different to those pictured and more difficult to identify which grit applies to the darker colours as they are so similar.

Done exactly what I wanted!
Used this for finishing off pens with a CA finish. I’m only a novice, but I was really impressed with the final result.

Simple, mess free and brilliant finish
I was looking for something that I could polish resin that had been cast into wood. I couldn't use something like wet and dry because it would make a mess, stain the wood and would need sanding back again. I heard about this stuff for polishing resin back to crystal clear finish. I used a random orbital up to 400 grit to get a matt finish and then I used these pads. It was extremely quick and easy to go from an opaque sanded finish to clear super smooth finish. It really was incredibly easy to do.

Lapidary polishing pads
I am using these pads for polishing stones for jewellery. The grit size is clearly marked on each pad and the range enables rough polishing through to fine polishing which is what I want.

Very disappointing
I have used micromesh pads in the past and have found them to be superb and long lasting. These pads are very disappointing. They feel gritty and the finer grit pads actually leave terrible scratches. I would be hesitant to buy again as they are definitely not the same product I bought previously.
