I was a little hesitant to order this after a couple of low review scores... But I did and spoiler alert I'm glad I did.. the PC arrived on time in excellent condition no dents or Marks and very well packaged it came with the original box for the graphics card also which was a nice touch the machine booted straight away and everything is working wonderfully all components seem to be working it's flying really fast and playing games wonderfully and allowing me to do my video work with act any hesitations or stutters. I had a basic query about how to operate the LED lights and emailed the company who replied immediately with my answer so far everything is good and from what my experience is I can recommend this computer for the price it is amazing value for money

Really good for the price, the specs are amazing, it's really fast, and the performance is insane also really easy to set up.

I ordered this PC, but when it arrived, it was built with an inferior motherboard and not as advertised.I contacted AWD-IT via email and was told "The differnce between the two motherboards is only a DVI display out which is not needed as the CPU does not have onboard graphics and you have a graphics card, there is also no mention of Wi-Fi in the listing for this PC and niether motherboard come with it built in.".The reason I bought this PC and the reason I included in my email to customer service is the motherboard stated (ASUS Prime B550M-A) has built-in Wi-Fi and 4x RAM slots (Up to 4866 MHz), with a max RAM of 128 gigs and 2 x M.2 drive slots.I already have 64 gigs of RAM waiting to upgrade the PC and intend on adding another M.2 card.The motherboard included is the ASUS Prime A520M-K, an all-around inferior motherboard. It does not have built-in Wi-Fi and only has 2 x RAM slots (Up to 4600 MHz) with a max RAM of 64 gigs and 1x M.2 slot. This means I cannot upgrade as I intended.There are also differences in the following - Rear USB ports are slower, no chassis fan support (potential overheat issue), and there are no RGB/ARGB headers, the PCIE is slower so coupled with the lack of fan support, keeping things cool, could lead to bottlenecks.The motherboard does not have a DVI display out port, that part is true, but the display ports had nothing to do with the reason I bought this PC - the spec advertised was the reason I bought this PC.On contacting AWD-IT customer service by telephone I was told that the only thing I could do was contact Amazon as the PC was purchased via them so I would have to arrange a return via them.So, to summarise:1. The product is not as stated.2. Customer Service is unhelpful and does not know their products.3. Hassle to have to return the product via Hermes.4. Wait for the refund to clear.

As someone who's not very experienced with building a pc I ended up buying this pre built and I have to say its brilliant, I get great fps like 60-120 or more depending on what game I'm playing and all the games ive used like fortnite, minecraft, Rocket league etc have all had smooth gameplay, overall this pc is worth the price.

Setting up is a bit of a pain in the ass as every time I put my Wifi network password, the PC would have a DPC Watch Dog Violation error which I managed to resolve and since then the PC has been working really well.Now onto the PC it's self, it loads very quickly and so do the games and applications. Gaming on the PC is really good because with high setting I get 120+ FPS.

Very disappointed with this PC. The fans would not run til I increased the speed manually through BIOS. There's a constant grinding noise as a cable which is very difficult to move keeps touching the graphics card fan.

The PC had all the parts included in the description except for one thing: It had 16GB of RAM instead of the 32GB listed on the product description. I'm not sure if this was just for the build that I received, or if this is what others have also received. I contacted ADMI/AWD-IT about the issue, and they asked me to remove the RAM sticks and take a picture of them. I took out the two 8GB sticks that were included in the computer and took a picture of them. However, after putting them back in, the computer wouldn't work. Thankfully, ADMI/AWD-IT offered me a full refund after returning the product due to it being within the 30-day Amazon return window and the discrepancy between what I ordered and what I received.I've given the product a 4-star rating because, other than the RAM issue (which I assume was a mistake), this is a very good computer. Even if there's only 16GB of RAM, you're still getting an RTX 4070, whereas elsewhere, you might just get a 4060 or 4060Ti for the same price. The computer also worked really well out of the box, and everything else other than the RAM had been installed correctly (from what I could see).If anyone is considering buying this, I would encourage you to doublecheck the RAM with the supplier. Also, the motherboard only has two slots for the RAM. So, if the computer does have 16GB of RAM and you want to expand it to 32GB, you would have to purchase two sticks of 16GB instead of purchasing an additional two sticks of 8GB. (That's assuming that the product has 16GB of RAM like mine did, and not the 32GB listed in the description.)
