Excellent for cleaning stains
I use this product for removing grout haze and residue from tile after grouting especially after installing grout with Mapei Flexcolor CQ. It works as well as any other product I have tried. It also works very well in cleaning thin set mortar stains from porcelain and ceramic tiles.

Good product poor packaging.
I have used this product for many years and am happy with it. Received my order this week and the box was very badly damaged and there was some leakage. Packaging needs more improvement. This has happened on previous orders as well.

This was not enclosed in plastic wrap/plastic bag. it leaked in the box, soaked the box bottom.
This product works very well for the intended use on a stone-enclosed shower.

This is amazing, there were residual marks from the installation of my flex grout that I could get off the time at all- with this it’s one spray and wipe and it’s gone!

Does Not work on Mapei Grout
It did not clean the gray grout in the large tiles in my shower. They are Mapei made as well.
